Specialising in Precision Machining & Engineering using the latest in large CNC Milling, CNC Turning & CNC Horizontal Boring.

Since the company’s establishment, it has grown from a small engineering shop to one of the most extensive in Australia and is the home of some of the most technologically advanced equipment available.

DCL Engineering Pty Ltd is excited and proud to announce the acquisition of Williamson Tool & Engineering.

The combination of these two-family companies, Williamson Tool & Engineering (WTE) started by Stuart Williamson’s father in the mid 1930’s along with DCL Engineering Pty Ltd (DCL) started by Bill Green in 1960 in Newtown NSW. These two companies have a long and proud history of servicing the Australian Mechanical and Engineering Industries.

Williamson Tool & Engineering will continue to run their High Quality – Large CNC machining services from their 22 Wendelbury rd. Chipping Norton premises. Williamson Tool & Engineering will now be a division of DCL Engineering Pty Ltd.

This acquisition generates a stronger organization to expand our company into the future. Providing larger capacities to be able to serve our customers and be competitive in a forever evolving Australian manufacturing marketplace,

With DCL’s newly increased capacity, we will be able to offer our clients complete in-house solutions that are not offered by any other workshop on the eastern seaboard in Australia under one company.
