Gearbox Laser Alignment

Before DCL Engineering Group proceed to testing your gearbox, it is imperative for data collection purposes that the circumstances under which we conduct the test be as close to perfect as possible. This includes ensuring that we have the driving and driven shafts, and couplings accurately aligned and within manufacturer’s tolerances. Inaccurately aligned shafts may generate false readings on bearing temperatures and vibration analysis. 

DCL has invested in the latest alignment technology currently using two rotalign touches in the Port Kembla and Newcastle branches.
