DCL delivers large machining & CNC machining in turning, milling, horizontal boring, vertical boring services for heavy industrial components, including shafts, housings, rolls, gearbox parts and custom-engineered items. With capacity for large diameters, long lengths and high-weight workpieces, our workshop supports both planned manufacture and urgent repair work for critical plant equipment.

DCL machines workpieces up to 20 tonne, with large CNC turning capacity to 1,800mm swing and 6,000mm between centres, plus 5-axis CNC horizontal boring capability.
