Rotary Valves

Customer Comment

"A thin wear resistant coating on the body and rotor of our rotary valves has had a dramatic impact on extending the service life of these units. The coating ensures we can maintain tolerances between the rotor tips and body for much longer periods thereby pushing out downtime for scheduled maintenance"

Each customer has a different requirement for protecting their Rotary Valves depending on how abrasive the material is that the rotary valve is metering.

The valve pictured to the right has had:

  • Bore of the body coated
  • The circumference of both closed-end plates has been coated
  • Annulus on the outside of both ends and the two journals
